Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Daily Swim Wear. If you’re not happy with your items, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they are defective or we sent the wrong item:
- Men’s Swimsuits
- Women’s Swimsuits
- Wetsuits
The following products may be returned or exchanged within the 15-day window:
- Bags & Backpacks
- Swim Fins
- Swim Goggles
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Tags must still be attached
- Items must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange
- Our team will respond with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipping your return
- Package the items securely and include the completed return form
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
International Customers: Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes associated with returns. These costs are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 5-10 business days)
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item
- If the requested exchange item is available, we will ship it immediately
- If the exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund or contact you for an alternative selection
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchange shipments
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover return shipping costs and expedite your replacement or refund.
